We collect minimal data required for the service to function:

• Discord User IDs: To identify users for moderation actions, settings, and authentication.
• Server (Guild) IDs: To store and retrieve settings specific to your server.
• Channel and Role IDs: To manage automated voice channels, logging, and permissions.
• Username and Avatar: Displayed on the Dashboard for a personalized experience (cached via Discord OAuth2).

2. How We Use Data

The data collected is used strictly to provide the following features:

• Moderation logs and history.
• Ticket management.
• Server-specific configurations (Welcome messages, etc.).
• Authentication for access to the Dashboard.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely in a private MySQL database. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data removed, please remove the Bot from your server or contact the developer on Discord to request a manual deletion of your stored settings from the database.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Discord's OAuth2 API for authentication. Their privacy policy applies to the data shared by Discord during that process.
