1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Zyra Bot ("the Bot") and the Zyra Dashboard ("the Dashboard"), you agree to the following terms. By adding the Bot to your Discord server or logging into the Dashboard via Discord OAuth2, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot and stop using the Dashboard.

2. Description of Service

Zyra is a Discord server management system providing tools for moderation, utility, ticket systems, and automated voice channels.

3. Usage Restrictions

• Use the Bot for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Sell or redistribute the service without explicit permission.

4. Responsibility

The developer ("Nico_ Jerema") is not responsible for any data loss, server disruption, or content generated by users through the Bot's commands. Server staff are responsible for any moderation actions taken using the Bot's tools.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
